Committee member – Strategy and partnerships
Rim Adem

Rim is an Associate Director at CBRE with broad sector experience, specialising in residential projects and innovative funding to deliver affordable housing. She works with public and private clients to embed ESG into their strategies. A CBRE Rising Star and Women of the Future honouree, Rim also serves as Co-Chair of CBRE’s REACH Network, driving racial equity and creating safe spaces across the industry.

Phyllis Agbo

After a successful career as a GB Heptathlete, Phyllis became a chartered surveyor in 2016. She began at CBRE, advising on major London schemes like Barking Riverside, before joining Crest Nicholson as Land Manager. Now a Senior Development Manager at Stories, she champions socially responsible development. A strong advocate for diversity, she has held roles in CBRE’s REACH Network and the Black Business Association, and continues to share her passion for sport through industry rugby initiatives.

Joelle Allotey

Joelle is a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield within the Global Occupier Services Team, advising major financial and tech clients across EMEA and APAC. With a strong background in asset management and major regeneration projects, she has led diversification of multi-million-pound portfolios. Passionate about supporting young Black women in real estate, Joelle works to break down barriers to entry and create opportunities for future talent

Natalie Carter

Natalie is an award-winning Senior Associate at Greenberg Traurig LLP, specialising in high-value real estate transactions across London. Since joining in 2018, she’s advised on major financing, acquisitions, disposals, and developments. Dedicated to supporting Black talent in law, she works with organisations like the Black Solicitors Network and Urban Lawyers. Natalie also co-founded Black Girls Book Club, hosting over 200 events, and serves as a trustee of the Creative Land Trust and a judge for the BookSeller Awards.

Faith Locken

Faith is the founder of We Rise In, a company focused on advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion through professional training and development. With over a decade in real estate spanning valuation, investment, and development, she most recently worked as a Development Manager at Countryside Partnerships, leading major regeneration projects in London. Faith also serves on several boards, including as a Non-Executive Director at RHP Group housing association.

Georgina Manly

Georgie is the Retail Customer Propositions Director at Landsec, leading the creative direction, strategy, and delivery of guest experiences across the retail portfolio. With extensive experience in creative strategy and innovation, she has developed customer-focused brand propositions for FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies across multiple sectors. As Chair of the Diaspora Network, she advocates for equality and champions better outcomes for ethnically diverse colleagues and communities.

Ally Reid

Ally is a chartered commercial property surveyor and registered valuer with experience in construction, valuation, and investment since 2013. As Investment Manager at Landsec, she helps maximise the value of a £12.8bn real estate portfolio. A strong advocate for inclusion, she chairs the Diaspora Network and supports initiatives that improve visibility and access for minority groups in the industry.

Lorraine Williamson

Lorraine is a seasoned surveyor with over 30 years of experience, known for her precision, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional results. Alongside her surveying work, she chairs the race network at RLB, where she champions diversity and inclusion. Through her leadership, Lorraine fosters a supportive environment and drives meaningful conversations around race and equality in the industry.
