Alexandra Notay
Alex Notay is a leading international expert in housing, placemaking, and ESG with over 20 years of global experience. She chairs the Radix Big Tent Housing Commission and previously shaped UK-wide residential strategy as Placemaking and Investment Director at Thriving Investments. An Honorary Member of the RTPI, she has authored extensive industry research and advises government on planning and geospatial policy. Alex also chairs the BPF Residential ESG Working Group and is committed to innovation, collaboration, and mentoring diverse future talent.

Andrew Perratt
Andrew Perratt is Executive Director and Head of UK Residential at Savills, where he chairs the Residential Board and sits on the UK Executive Committee. Since joining Savills in 2001, he has led residential operations across Scotland, Northern England, the Midlands, and Ireland, later heading the Savills Country business. Now based at the firm’s global HQ in London, Andrew is known for developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional client service. He is also a competitive sailor and trustee of the Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity.

Clarence E. Dixon
Clarence E. Dixon is Global Head of Loan Services at CBRE, overseeing a platform managing more than $425bn in commercial real estate debt across the US, Europe, and Asia. With over 35 years of experience, he leads a €100bn European portfolio spanning Special Servicing and Structured Finance. Clarence previously held senior roles at Hatfield Philips, Crown Mortgage Management, and Deutsche Bank, and now serves on the CREFC Board of Advisors and as a Non-Executive Director at Real Estate Balance.

David O’Sullivan
David O’Sullivan is Senior Director of Hard Services at The Crown Estate, leading the delivery and transformation of property and workplace services across its urban portfolio. With over 25 years’ experience in real estate, engineering, and sustainability, he focuses on operational excellence, innovation, and energy-efficient building performance. David previously held senior roles at Great Portland Estates and spent nearly two decades at Tishman Speyer overseeing EMEA property operations. He is recognised for his strategic insight, technical expertise, and collaborative approach.

Jonathan Martin
Jonathan Martin is Director of Inward Investment & Strategic Partnerships at the London Borough of Waltham Forest, leading efforts to attract domestic and international investment that delivers homes, jobs, cultural spaces, and vibrant town centres. With over 20 years’ experience in real estate and regeneration, he has held senior roles at Croydon Council, the Homes and Communities Agency, and English Partnerships. Jonathan also chairs The Feathers Association and serves as a Board Advisor to BPIC Network and Trustee of Design South East.

Pavandeep Wakem
Pavandeep Wakem is a strategic operations and business management specialist at Investec, delivering transformation across debt and private equity through project leadership, process optimisation, and operating model design. She previously supported senior executives at Barclays, overseeing financial planning, people management, and risk frameworks. Beginning her career in accountancy, she earned ACCA and ACT qualifications, strengthening her expertise in financial and treasury operations. A committed mentor, Pavandeep is passionate about supporting underrepresented talent and co-chairs the CREFC COO Forum.

Pete Wilder
Pete Wilder is a strategic real estate and operations leader specialising in property platforms for science and technology innovation. At Oxford Science Enterprises, he led a £1.5bn partnership with The Crown Estate and Pioneer Group to deliver advanced lab and research facilities, and built a Portfolio Services platform supporting early-stage ventures. He also strengthened OSE’s cybersecurity and IT governance. Pete works with government, universities, and investors to advance Oxford’s global innovation ecosystem and support emerging life sciences clusters.

Samantha McClary is a leading voice in UK commercial real estate, with over 20 years’ experience shaping industry dialogue through her work at Estates Gazette, most recently as editor. In May 2025, she becomes Chief Executive of the British Council for Offices. A committed advocate for diversity and inclusion, Sam has consistently used her platform to highlight emerging and underrepresented talent, driving forward a more innovative and equitable real estate sector.

Rayon Taylor
Rayon Taylor is Group CEO, leading strategic growth and investment across diversified real estate and financial portfolios. A seasoned executive with global experience, he previously spent nearly five years at Blackstone overseeing major UK and European real estate investments. Before that, he was a Principal at KKR, handling high-profile transactions in property and structured finance, after starting his career at Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan. A Cornell graduate, Rayon brings deep capital-markets expertise and a strong focus on innovation and performance.
